Data we use
RivalCore stores account identifiers, linked sign-in providers, profile choices, gaming identities, team membership, match participation, ratings, Mastery, moderation activity, security events, and optional community content. Uploaded match evidence is stored outside the relational database and referenced by protected metadata.
Public and protected data
RivalCore is a public competition platform. Active competitor profiles, display names, competitive records, teams, and verified match history are public and discoverable by default so players can find opponents and challenge each other. Sensitive credentials such as email addresses, sign-in provider subjects, private evidence, staff notes, and internal risk signals are excluded from public APIs and search.
Retention and controls
Finalized competitive ledgers are retained to preserve ranking integrity and auditability across ladders and tournaments. Inactive or deactivated accounts are excluded from search and public discovery, and users may request account review, correction, export, or deactivation.
Processors and independence
RivalCore relies on managed authentication, database, object storage, hosting, and observability services. RivalCore is independently operated and is not endorsed by Microsoft, Xbox, The Coalition, Activision, or GameBattles.
