01

Before the match

Confirm the game, mode, platform, region, roster, map pool, format, and start time. Roster changes after acceptance require mutual approval or an organizer ruling. The default check-in grace period is 15 minutes.

02

Competitive integrity

No cheats, macros, unauthorized automation, account sharing, intentional disconnects, or external interference. Report technical failures promptly and preserve relevant screenshots or video.

03

Results and evidence

Report the complete score or ordered placement. FFA lobbies require the configured minimum participant count. First place is champion; first through third are podium finishes. Evidence is private by default.

04

Disputes and appeals

Disputes must identify the contested fact and include relevant evidence. Reviewers may request additional material, issue a replay, uphold or reverse a result, or apply sanctions. Decisions and authorized overrides require an audit reason.

Versioned and auditable: administrators cannot overwrite this document in place. An edit publishes a new version and records the change in RivalCore’s audit log. This version’s change note is “Initial transparent beta placeholder”.
